The worst courier service i have ever had the displeasure of using. If anyone has any parcels to send, never in a million years use this horsesh!t company.
I bought something and had sh!ttylink to pick it up and deliver on a next day, 1 week later i still dont have the parcel, there customer service is useless, they do not answer any of the phones, i also know of someone from Seaham that ordered a christmas tree and had a knock on the door on 13th january from city link delivering it.
On there website i had an option to pick the parcels up so i clicked it and it said i could pick it up today, i went through to there depot and they told me it had been scanned onto a van for delivery today, even though i specifically asked to pick it up as they are far to unreliable.
I do a lot of trading online and have used severel different couriers and never had anything like this.
I cant stress enough to anyone on here not to use them if you want to receive your goods while you still have oxygen passing through your lungs.

Rant over, anyone for tea?

They had my zziplex in the Durham depot since the 8th of December, numerous phone calls then they said it was classed as missing. Had to phone uk hooks in the end, he threatened them with the police and hey presto 20 minutes later I get a phone call saying they found it! All this happened on the 30th december, the tube was 7ft long, how they couldn't find it after I described it........

Agreed, they’re worse than useless. They were slow to deliver a parcel to me recently, said they would turn up on a particular day so my wife waited at home all day and they didn’t turn up. Phone calls to find out what was going on went unanswered then I had to drive down to Washington to collect it in person.

Got to agree, CityLink is the pits. Ordered some kit from the Glasgow Angling Centre took 10 days to get the kit from the Citylink depot in Stockton. they kept saying the snow was affecting deliveries. Having had 2ft of snow near us which had all gone I can only assume they meant the snow in Iceland. Then the wife had her phone nicked, the replacement was sent via citylink and gave a date and time for delivery. They were only 56hrs late and my days off wasted sitting in for them. Name suggestion for the new company "****TYLINK"

We had one of my oldest lads presents sitting in their depot at Newcastle for nearly 10 days because of the snow...It eventually came several days after Christmas!
Funny how it had nearly all gone and I saw numerous other courier companies still working through the worst of the weather!

think they are all as bad as each other at the minute. ordered a pick up for a couple of parcels from DHL last night and got an email "because of severe weather conditions, blah blah blah, might be delayed, blah blah blah"

bit crap that they are still trying to wheel out and excuse thats well past its sell by date

had a delivery last friday from DHL, parcel was picked up on the 24th november

had a parcel farce delivery last week dated 3rd december, and a TNT delivery from the same week

Ordered a very large, bow-front show aquarium for my living room early last summer, arrived with a fair few bashes to the packaging and a lovely crack in the glass low down on one side. Company sent me a replacement tank with no bother, just had to take a photo of the damage and email it to them and they sent one straight out which was good of them, citylink again though and when they brought the replacement you'd think they were chucking a sack of spuds around despite all the massive fragile warnings on the packing.

They do worse than that m8.
LCD tvs get kicked about. some parcels get opened and stuff gets taken out and taped back up.
Would never use them as couriers

Uk Mail/Business Post is a good courier company.I deal with them everyday and over 3 years not had one bit of bother with them!!
