Anyone waiting of parcels through citylink? I'm waiting for a rod that should have been delivered on the 7th through a next day service and still waiting.

I even went through to try and collect to which they replied "cant help you sir" I then arranged for a saturday delivery which I was told would happen. Saturday came so I phoned customer services to confirm it was on and they told me it wasn't?????
To cut a long story short, they now won't answer the phones to anybody, you can't email them and they have even locked the gates at the depot to customers trying to collect! For a national delivery company to stick its head in the sand like this I think is absolutely shocking.

With xmas only a week away I think a lot of people are going to be disappointed if they don't get their parcels in time.

Maybe Santa should be called in early????

not just city link. dhl, tnt and parcel farce are all the same at the minute

somewhere, there are 5 parcels on their way to me with one or other of the above. some were sent next day 3 weeks ago

I've also been trying to book collections with them for a fortnight, and whilst they take the bookings (and your cash), they have yet to collect any of them

post office are as bad. we have only seen a postie twice in 3 weeks here. the post office in the village has had to seal the post box as its full to over flowing

I've been to the Team Valley today to collect a package from DHL which they have had since the 3rd december:o
After an hours wait I got it but was told that if relied on them delivering it before christmas,I'd have been stuffed!
They have 9 trailers at the depot that haven't even been opened yet and theres more pouring in every day so if anyones waiting for stuff,go yourself or you probs wont get the goodies any time soon.

Must admit the post office has done well by us. Even posted a package on Weds and it arrivied today in Norfolk.
Ditto stuff we ordered got here a couple of days late but it got here
