Looking to try a bit of cliff fishing... Want a bit of advice of where to start... Got the gear (nice stiff rod and abu 7000 with heavy line)

Could use a bit of guidance on some possible marks to fish that arent too difficult to get to

Any tips?

Aye i use it on the boat its alright... So wheres this second tunnel? Also any distinguisable features about the target and any tips? (casting distance, rigs etc..)

There must be 15 to twenty cliff marks from the bell hole at horden which you can fish on a good tide off the top up to Seaham and there's 5 marks just at blackhall 20lb line 70lb long some of the shots and the hieght yer 30lb would be down to the backing hawthorn one of the best marks in north east when tide and conditions are right but be carefull it's simple all cliff marks are DANGEROUS even to experienced lads if you have no confidence don't bother stay on the beach.

Do a search for posts by Phill_itofish at the bottom of his posts are links to bing maps with marks on, one north of the tyne the other south.

How do you get to the target?
drive along coast road ,best place to park is macdonalds, lidls near ryhope hendon, walk back on youself a short walk path leads down to tunnel go through and leads to cliffs, targets on your left hill 60 ect on your right, advice dont stand to close to edge, have a scout at it in daylight and youl see the good marks where the grass is flattened;)

Had a look down yesterday... Think ill try the left of the pipe one night.. Is this the target?

Whats the one just to the left of the path down where its a lot heavier ground? That hill 60?

Saw two lads fishing off the cliff to the left of souter lighthouse next to a closed car park not sure what that spots called, Wouldn't mind giving it a chuck though.
