Cliff shot 4 pound cod

Tried a new mark today with wallsendfisherman after digging some nice lug last nyt we decided to give it a shot, fished 3:30 till 8:30. Third chuck stefan landed a nice 4 lb 2oz codling which we had to lift up the 50-60 ft cliff wall, I had a couple of big bites but just couldn't connect and blanked. Baits used lug, white worm, squid and razor fish

Nice plump codling there, was there much sea movement? North or south of wear or tyne?

There was a bit of chop on not much tho, north Of the Tyne. A hope so reg were going bk for mine on Friday night mate
