As said already...what difference does it make whether it's night or day?
makes plenty difference paul ,for instance if it was daylight a blindman on a galloping horse could see you so your asking for trouble and stirring the bees nest , if it was DARK and for instance it was me no one would know about it so thats the difference , i fish without a light many times ,BUT id only do so if the conditions were safe .only a complete idiot would go there if it was dodgy ,we all know you shouldnt be on it dont we , its like hendon wall its just the same but youve fished there a good few times yourself so its the same ,AND as ive said before if there was more safe piers ect to fish folk wouldnt have to break the law to hit a bit deep water [even though i think it shouldnt be against the law to fish anywhere in the sea its no ones property] the north east is very popular for fishing look at all the clubs in sunderland ect ,and good for it. it may keep a good few kids off the drugs and drink ect ,but its a shame theres not one place we can fish off a pier legally its a disgrace in this day and age if you ask me ,but thats my opinion ,
