Aye i would! On the end of a geet big hook for a monster cod tho!
Never had a chook all season, cos i aint fished for them like but thats another story, can't wait for 2mora neet, going pig hunting!

Noel Blockley fishing northumberland tonight caught landed weighed and released a cod of 11lb 7oz ,
the fish was caught using a lug tipped with squid bait on his new rod then weighed on digital scales before being released , a camera on a phone was all that was to hand so sorry for the bad picture (it does not do justice to the fish at all)
he also had another 2 fish biggest 2lb 9oz also released

well done pleased to see fish like that been court gives us a bit ov hope and well done 4 the released not many people have got the respect to return such a good fish
