hi just getting into boat fishing and what is the best method for catching cod

• Baited/Unbaited Hokkais
• Baited/Unbaited Daylites
• Baited/Unbaited Muppets
• Baited/Unbaited RoyD Lures
• Baited/Unbaited Flowing Traces
• Baited/Unbaited Cod Feathers - my personal favourite
• Pirks
• Shads
• Livebaits
• Deadbaits on flowing trace (usually Mackerel side or flapper)

All are proven Cod catchers but not guaranteed though

You cant fail at Harry Ramsdens (metro centre) but watch out for undersized fish!
