Cod on the Heugh.

Caught 5 today lads-----mind the biggest was only about 10 inches. All Tommys. Had four or five flatties and a small Rockling.
Tried the big baits and ended up going down to two hook flappers. One o hooks.

I am new to the airea and to fishing and would like to know where the Heugh is
and can i get there useing publice transport

ye i know my spelling sucks but how caires i dont.I have only been to two places King Edwards bay in tynemouth and Roker Pier north side and all i cought was a cold but hay i never give up

First you head for Hartlepool. Then the Headland. Go to the sea front. Its the big pier with the fence half way across. Go along by the top part of the pier climb the fence and go to the end then you can fish. Best results straight off the end.
