Evening all can anyone put me onto a cod the mora? Will be looking to fish anywhere from tynemouth up to newbiggin 6pm onwards fishing the tide up. thanks Ryan

Try church point' in Newbiggin just behind the caravan site but to be honest with this sea that's running at the moment anywhere should be a cod on.
I'm going to chuck a few leads about 7.30 tonight for an hour up an a couple down so will post if anything decent comes in.

Thanks for the suggestion mate think I'm guna give it a shot tbh where is best to go on the cliffs I've never been before I know where the church is so I'm sure ile find the cliffs like

I fish by mesel off the rock marks in Northumberland that I didn't know before I moved up here. Nowt wrong with that but I always scout out a mark in the daylight, work out the exit, the tides etc. before fishing it at night.

Good point about fishing dangerous or iffy places on your own. Much better to have a bit company. I was Blackrats wingman when we went to Arbroath.
