hi lads,ive just bought one of these rods,i haven had a chance to use it yet and was just wondering if any of you have used or own one of them.are they any good for our coastline?any review appreciated.thanks

Hi mate,
Yep I've owned the 13ft Nemesis Plus SLR for four years and absolutely love it! In my opinion, one of the best fishing rods out there, light weight, user friendly, casts great and it's got enough power for the majority of marks round our area.
One thing I would say, if you are fishing the heaviest areas where you are casting over flat weed beds (Newton, Northumberland for example) then you may want a slightly stiffer rod - but then again you may find it fine, it's just purely preference.
So to sum it up - you've bought a quality and capable rod!
Oh one other thing, should you have any problems with the rod, damage etc, the customer service from Cono-Flex is second to none.

thanks dave! for really rough ground i use my WR300, so ill use my nemesis mainly for pier and beaches. thanks again bud.

Yeah that's the best plan. Your Nemesis will be a joy to use for Whitley, Tynemouth, Blyth etc - enjoy!
