getting away from fishing for a moment what are your favourite recipes for your catch cooking methods etc; just want a few ideas for my cod and bass cheers,mines poached cod or bass knob of butter chopped shallots,cider vinegar and a touch parsley mmm mmm just had sum n it was lush

cod with a few sprinkles of me dads home made chillies in the batter for me makes it nice and spicey and a few chips mmmmmmm also like it when with curry sauce, chicken and fish with some rice couldnt tell u how its done tho i can hardly make a microwave meal lol

lol gaz make sure u defrost some fish this time for as coming back looking for ward to some of them chillies and kicking ur ass

had two fresh fillets on bench grilled one for me tea but then didnt fancy it, thought a would av it for me supper after a come in from pub,comes in from pub (hammered) oohhh al have that fish and very nice it was too (a think) wasnt til next morning the wife at the time told me that she had the grilled cod for her supper.
