School of Dophins throwing Mackeral about not 4 feet from the boat. Then they disapear

Up pops a seal just looking to be fed. :red:

That made the day complete.

The weather was absolutly fantastic, like a pond.

But I think its getting late in the season and it's time for a few jobs on the boat. Full repaint I think, but its a canny trip to Royal Quays unless anyone has a big trailer I can lend.

Nice 1 and it was a cracking day, i thought i had seen Dolphins in the distance but not up close as i was 4 miles off Roker at 1 point, only maged 2 codling thou, rest ling.

May get 1 more day out mate if that sea stays nice so hold off the work for 1 more weekend.

You over the rougnh ground or wrecks?

We went close to Sunderland and the wrecks had 2-3 boats over them lol, went further out 8-9 miles and counted 8 trawlers...cant win :)

just the rough ground.

My friend the diver in Sunderland marina has just given me a few coordinates for wrecks, claims he knows most wrecks in the northeast and I'm iclined to believe him. He gave me a bit of advice on fishing them.

I might get a chance this weekend to give a submarine or two a try.

:):)

Saturday was the best day---Sunday turned out rotten with the wind. It was case of hanging on to the side of the boat at Craster.

The weather was rotten on Sunday.

I went out again o Sunday and just stayed off the coast for a hour and half and came back in. Wind was just mad, not a breath in the marina and then out of the piers it was blowing a gail.
