cow green yesterday

had a trip up to cow green yesterday got there about 8ish 1 car in carpark weather was very sunny hardly any breeze lake was like a mirror walked up to top end of lake stopped a few times till the dog terrorised the local rabbit population fished till about 1,30 ended up with 4 fish all returned. slow stroll back to the car park not a bit space to be had what a differance.

Well done John shows it pays to be early-must have been a lot of walkers out.
Can i ask did you catch small wild brownies and what flies did you use.

ye mick wild brownies got them on small black midge pattern there was plenty of the real thing as well coming of the water in clouds even jungle juice had no effect.
