Not much to report boys for a change 2 cars went down me. Mad rob. Happydays Taff. Fishingmark. Outcast Chris and mark juliogeordio
Me. Mad rob and Happydays got there abit earlier than the others so took a selfie

Fished low tide up and abit down with 9 rods out for about 8 hrs for 3 fish
I got a new species a weever

Madrob and juliogeordio got a 5inch whiting each
To be honest the conditions were not flat enought but we tried every bait in cocktails , different rigs. Distances the lot but it wasn't to be
Highlight of the day was rob sliding down the muddy hill lol
Still a lovely place to fish and will be back hopefully when it's calmer

Ps stopped off for a burgerking on way back and took a wrong turn for 10 mile towards Manchester then done the the same at Northallerton A long day n night but still had lots of crack and giggles

No fish but a good day out. Weird how a small bump on the water can put all of the fish off. Still surprised there were no bass, all of the local lads said there have been plenty in the last few days. Ah well, that's fishing for you.

It was a good day and i had a laugh , especially when Rob said , be careful lads it slipy here , then went on his a**e down the cliff side on to the beach .As Arnie said ,"we will be back " .

It was an entertaining trip, rob and mick fishing in their bare feet untill they caught a weaver and the shoes came back on pretty quick haha. was a nice venue, try it again when it's flat as a pancake....

Unlucky lads,had a feeling it might be hard workso many good fish around too,then them bloody north easterlies came n that was it,a blow just seems to scatter them n they move off to calmer waters,allways takes a couple or 3 days of settled weather 4 them to move bk inshore.Fished 4-30 this morn till 7-30,3hrs never had a touch,me pal had a pin ytin,huge swell on,pounding the shoreline.Anyways tried a local bass mark after t,did 4 hrs n had this very welcome little fellah(40cm's),caught on fresh lug at range using a paternoster pennel rig,n that was it,no more action followed.

Only thing I can say lads,u did everything right,bait,venue,etc it was just not meant to be,they just weren't there.Anyways glad u enjoyed your trip boys,hope nxt time is more productive 4 yah's.
Ps,bin a lot out having ago,very very little caught these last couple of days.

at least you give it a go lads,it was always going to be hard work after a week of onshore winds,a week of settled weather,a decent tide and flat calm sea's are what your looking for down there.
