Craster Sunday 14,12,08

Me & my mate went fishing at Craster last weekend while sea was away, 1st chance i have had to get this post on, Anyway start of the night I caught a cod of approx 1.5 - 2lb then I landed another of 3lb. My mate was also getting cod at this time his cod was 2lb then we decided to move to another mark along the craster coast line. His first chuck out & with the sea been quite big he had a slackliner did not even see the bite reeled down to it a struck & his rod tip just stopped he started to pump in a fish he got it to the rock edge & i lifted it for him it was a nice big cod weight unknown at that time as we did not have the scales with us. He weighed it when he got home & it tipped the scales at 12lb 9oz. Bait used was lug, mussel, squid, peeler & soft crab which had been froze from the summer months.
