cray fish

i fished loch ken last year,and cray fish kept on eating our dead baits a bloke said you can eat them , if you can , can anybody tell me how........thanks
 
bloody lovely things, cook em the same as you would langoustine/dublin bay prawns. Interestingly the environment agency are planning to open up the law on trapping crayfish. at present its only legal on the thames with a licence, but might be england wide by the end of the year. The idea being to try and halt the march of the red signal crayfish which are giving the native ones a good scudding
