I have one of those and it seems very good but in fairness I have not had the chance to give it a good go as my fishing has took a backseat at the moment due to a few problems at home. Hopefully this winter I'll give it some stick

They are very bright though, when I've used it I find the lower light setting good enough for most things. I like the battery mounted on the headband, no cables to get caught up with.

I don't have exactly the same one but it is very similar. I usually get two sessions out of each battery charge and you always have the spare if one runs out.
