Well lads fished creswell from 2 till 7 this afternoon. It wasn't my first choice but time being a luxury at the minute thought it was worth a shot on the flood. Baits used were rag lug macky strip and frozen blacks. All we managed were two undersize flounder caught by me and my stepdad blanked as did the bloke fishing further down from us. Still beats sittin in with the trouble n strife an screamin kids :D forgot to add had two big snap offs which resulted in me fishin with 35lb line most the day:eek:

At least yer got out and caught mate. Where abouts at Creswell did yer fish?
 
Ive only ever had flounder from that beach i fished lynemouth last night and blanked had some really heavy bites but there was no fish on the end
My mate on the other hand had 1 bite all night and brought in a whiting of 42 cms

i was thinking of giving lynemouth a shot but opted for cresswell cos of the walk
