Cresswell Beach

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has ever fished this mark? My mate's family has a house near the beach on the main road into Cresswell off the A189 and he mentioned giving it a go..... not my usual type of mark and he doesn't usually fish so im keen to get him out and have a decent day.

Any tips, hints or areas of the beach that fish better than others?

what area of the beach do you mean mate, plenty marks on the beach fish but plenty of marks dont, or are you on about the private beach, lynemouth beach ?

erm.... just the big massive beach straight in front of you as you come into Cresswell?! Sorry but I dont really know the area too well and not scouted it out as it's too far north to go without knowing where im off to lol,

theres a few stretches of beach along the road through cresswell mate, are you near or past the ice cream parlour ?

or are you before or after Golden Sands caravan park, Golden Sands looks directly onto the sea, its on ya left heading through cresswell

Fished just down from the boat yard last night.
Loads of undersize stuff, nowt to weigh in though.

Theres a canny mark just north of cresswell julio, as your driving you hit a point where the road breaks left and there is a carpark straight on. Park there short walk over to the beach and its a over high water mark, 2 up 2 down. Short casts around 40-80 yards into a nice long gully that stretches horizontal the beach. Great during nightfall. Nice easy mark to get to aswell.
