Cresswell Sunday 15/11/09

Hi . This is my first post, Being fishing for about a year, so still learning mostly by trial and error. only caught the odd flattie up till now.
Fished Cresswell on Sunday from 12pm till 5pm. 3 flatties,3 Coalie & 1 Bass about 12” all under size and returned. All in all a good day.

Good catch Smokie , some good rock marks at Cresswell and yep hooks do hurt.

Nice one smokie, keep on truckin bud nice to see new guys on the site, am fairly new mesell,have only got 1 cod to datebut am trying please divent report on the site where and if ye get any bass m8, for obvious reasons, view the report "gill nets", cheers!

Cheers ,but it wasn't the hook that got me it was the Fish

aye, they're spikey buggers, wet cloth is handy to have until you get used to folding the dorsal down and avoiding the gill rakes.

Just stick you thumb in their gob and hold the bottom lip, then hold with your other hand near the tail. They have no teeth to worry about.
