Daftest Pirk Challenge.

So your lass has a rampant rabbit also.

Makes you wonder though, wonder if one of the glow in the dark ones would work, though the fish would probably just do what i did and use it as a light-sabre and pretend to be Luke Skywalker :D

Can't see me getting out on a boat anytime this year (yet again!), transport problems and all that lark, otherwise I'd be right into this for a laugh!

brilliant thread this, i caught a codling on an adjustable spanner some years back, but im gonna have a rake about and see if i can come up with something really daft

I have completed my device, it will be called "the spoonirk" [mk1]

it has taken a certain degree of engineering skill to produce and will undoubtably catch fish, of this i am certain.

sea trials this friday afternoon

gentlemen i give you..........[drum roll]

One of the funniest and best threads I've seen on here in a long time chris ..... well done mate excellent ....

and of course who could resist this bit fun, so, here's my entries for the weekend (or the next time out :) )

I take it they only count as successful if photographed with a fish on ... :) :) :)

first attempt a "flush-o-pirk" :D

flushapirk.jpg

And when that parts the line ..... a "plumb-o-pirk" :) (complete with a boomed assist hook)

plumbapirk.jpg

great thread chris ...

i think norm if you keep this clear of the wreck and dont drop it down the funnel you will be onto a winner on the plumbopirk

I've just got in from work feeling cheesed off :(, switched onto NESA and had a nice PM from Easyfish :), starting to cheer up a bit now :), then scrolled down to Normans Flush-o-Pirk, and Plumb-o-Pirk and that was it, had tears rolling down my face, the missus looking at me like i'm nuts and saying " Its that thing you wrote on the computer is'nt it " :D:D, brilliant Norman, but does the bog still work :D:D

Cant wait to see some fish hanging off these Super Pirks....I'll be to take away....;)

I am super confident my device will deliver..tested it in a fresh water testing tank [bath] and it has a dolphin type swim effect....team that up with a very attractive muppet.......

irresistable........................;)

My only problem could be with leaky joints but I think I`ve sealed them ok .... :)
here's hoping to flush a few biguns out the wrecks this weekend :) :)

chris,
the bog works just fine ........ fill a bucket of water from the bath and throw it down ... nee probs :D (got to keep remembering to top up the bath water or else waiting for the the bucket to fill can kinda ..... take you breath away ... so to speak :) )

If the Flush handle survives I'll fit it back on on Sunday ............. I can always borrow it again next weekend :)
