Any news on tides/conditions/baits for Bass on Seaton Sluice beach area?

I am desperado to get out there and get some little schoolies for sport (catch and return obv).

Why don't you just go and try for them? .

Your mileage may vary but I've never had bass in numbers off the north east coast and I suspect anyone who has won't be telling you where they caught them...

I've had the odd one here and there, yes, but even when fishing for them deliberately I've counted myself lucky to hit two in a single session (none is more usual).

You won't know until you try but I'd be heading for the breakers at Cambois rather than Seaton Sluice.
