diawa millomax

I will not be using Daiwa for spares again unless I absolutely can\'t get them elsewhere. The service they offer is an absolute disgrace! :mad:
 
ye i have heard there customer service leaves alot to be desired mike but where else can you go if you need diawa reel parts.such as a spool for a gs9000.?????
 
It\'s a tough one mate, but I have had (and still have) parts on order for a slosh which they keep forgetting about. It been ongoing for about 4 months and I have given up on them. If they can\'t manage that with a reel that\'s still in production what chance have they with an older reel?

Sorry to be so negative, but I\'m really disapointed with them. I love Daiwa tackle and have used it for over 20 years. My clean beach/match rod is a Daiwa TDSX129PM which is awesome (casts fantastically and shows the absolute tinyest bites, but still has a hell of a lot of backbone). The thing is that if I ever needed any spares for it I wouldn\'t trust Daiwa to get them to me. :casstet:

Think it\'s a case of a rock and a hard place though!
If you do use the service centre, which isn\'t actually owned by Daiwa, make a note of the persons name who takes your order!
 
cheers mike mate will try some where else maybe the reel doctor first if i am beat i will ring diawa,it is a pity to see such a company treat there customers like that,the start of there downfall.
