Everyone is different and some people dont like to complain and just "take what they are given" sort of thing...same as in a restaurant...some people just dont like to complain because of feeling embarrassed.

I bought some lug off a well known dealer in Hartlepool, lately it was wrapped when I got it, put it in the fridge when much later I took it out and looked at it, it was very poor, supposed to be fresh bait, must of been kept a few days,...my mistake...wont use them again unless absolutely desperate.. trouble is you put your trust in people and they often take the ******.

some don't want to or like to complain for fear of even worse bait the next time they go in , or get refused when there is good bait in and he is keeping for his mate, allegedly there is a shop in the north east who has a top shelf and a bottom shelf for bait ,so the angler who is stuck in area with one shop or not able to dig bait for one reason or another is at times up S*** creek
