Do you ever have one of those days.

Saw something on the Whitby forum about having a bad day.
Thought straight away about my last session off the red Light.
Started off Steetly. Putting reel onto second rod and snapped coaster:Trooped to the end of Steetly Set up with my one good rod and first cast sea far to rough and lost leader to weed.Packed up and went to the Red Light. First cast - snap off with lovely jubbly baited two hook set up. OK New rig Snagged on reel in. Lost rig and leader. Eventually managed to get bait out and fish. Caught crabs all day. Went home and got a message on the forum some lads who set up next to me had caught loads of Cod when i left.

Please let me have a better sesh next time.

lol i have one of those days everytime i go fishing m8 nearly everytime without fail first cast snaps off dont kow why but it seems to happen alot lol

Dont no about one of those days mick but ive had one of those weeks lol loosing 2 double figure fish in 5 days but looking forward to a trip to bonny scotland for a couple of days at the weekend.

If i ever get the chance to lose a double figure fish i would be over the bl**dy moon.
Stll the drop net came in good use when a lad had a 5lb er on Steetly recently.
Down on Sat so will be hoping for another decent fish.

Go fishing with "My mate Geordie" he always, always "has one of those days" which means by the law of averages and general Karma you won't. You also get the added advantage of watching him take an absolute leppy every 6 minutes. I've seen him jumping around a beach completely wrapped in mono, with a hook stuck in his face, chasing a bag of lug, tripping over his rod rest and smashing a tooth on the battery from his headlamp which he'd lost 4 minutes ago. He always catches fish though the awld bugger.

had one of them days just before xmas on the lane. Watched eeryone else pulling cod in by the bucket and sat very quiet cursing to myself as my reel resembled a bird nest and my other spare sat laughing at me from the boot of my car half an hour walk away. all part of making you appreciate a good session
