when something backfires on a cocky twat 
went to a job today that weve been back and forth to a few times and my bosses pal is doing a roof on the property next door,he had a new lad with him today built like an outside bog muscles on his muscles etc
anyway being a nosey sod i was mooching in the back of his pickup and got me eye on some flashing ,full roll bar a strip about 4\"X24\" cut off one end
i hold to the saying shy bairns get nowt so i ups and askes aye up is this my lead ?
enter the cocky twat \"you couldnt even lift it he laughs\" wanna bet i asks ?now my gaffa and his mate no names here mind ,hearing the word bet they come over lol typical of them 2 ,i checks me pocket £25 and some loose change ,so i says to his boss if i can get that from your pickup to ours i keep it if not ive got £25 in me poke its yours or his ,nodding at the pillock,\"took 2 of us to get it on there\"he says \"your on\" at this point i had no idea how heavy it was but i thought what the hell ,christ i couldnt even lift it off the bed of the pickup (arkward height)so anyway i drops the tailgate and drags it to the end looked at it (about 4ft long 6-8\" diameter)grabs both ends and heaves itl keep me in weights for a while ,cut me hand a bit lifting it but hell it was worth it to see the look on the big lads face not to mention his bosses,it nearly killed me lol but i got it there all be it a bit red in the face and bandy legged
