re: indonesia/tsunami etc.

as the death toll climbs even higher, people are now dying from easily preventable illnesses, tetanus, scepticemia, wound infections etc

millions are being raised to help but what are the big drug comapnies, Glaxo, Pfizer, nestle etc doing. waiting for them to get the money so they can take it back by selling the drugs to them?

antibiotics aren\'t very big and surely they could of had a plane load of em there within a day or 2. there must be warehouses full of em all over the world, and heaps of other medical equipment as well.

Are they so avaricious that all they are seeing out of this is a finincial opportunity

I had a very strange experience yesterday, I found myself agreeing with something tony said on radio 4. Most un-nerving.

he was basically recognising a similar point in that care needs to be taken so the money actually gets where it is needed iand not in the coffers of those that don\'t

and then he did it again today. agreed with him twice in 2 days, I\'m getting frightened daddy

re: whats going on in africa needs as much attention as the crisis in south east asia
