fished druridge again today.fished where the old pipe crosses the beach,got there at 8am just after high water ,small flounders from the off untill about a hour before low tide then the bites stopped,i could see a sand bar right on low tide about 20 yards out so dropped both rods just in front of it and bites started again,ended up with over 20 small flounders and another 2 turbot.used rag and bluey/macky

sound like good fishing mate. Them turbot are good looking fish, first one undersize but second one maybe pan size?? haha.

i was there to, got 1 small plaice, and 2 even smaller flounders,fished from 8.15 til 6 me first time there but i would still go again,well done on ya catch.

what part of the beach were you fishing,there was 2 lads near me ,they were spinning most of the time but they packed up about 1 oclock

were you fishing really close in ?thats where the fish seem to be up there,getting most of mine between 10 and 30 yards out

what part of the beach were you fishing,there was 2 lads near me ,they were spinning most of the time but they packed up about 1 oclock

i was down at the south end of the bay, 4 lads from sunderland came,in the afternoon catching 1 small flattie then left,3 more lads appeared abought 4ish they got1,and left.a local lad then came and he had 1 small one(flattie that is)and i left about 6ish.

only fished there twice myself,both nearer the middle of the beach,me and a mate on friday,and myself on sunday,must be doing something right as friday had 12 flounders and 2 turbot and my mate had 6 flounders then sunday was getting both rods going together,most were small mind and some palm of hand size and most caught within 10 to 30 yards out,only seen 2 lads fishing,that was on sunday and they were spinning most of the time
