Fished for a few hours to see if there was any macky about. not a sniff but plenty o polock on macky strip down the side about half a pound. Was a bit blowy but reckon that might be it for the summer, roll on the winter cod.

What I did notice was the LACK of rubbish, could'nt believe it, wether theres been a huge wave of epic preportions come over I don't know but was a nice change. Got a feeling its been tidyed up and long may it last......

mackrel usually in mid july thru august and somtimes u get a late run ov them .. it all depends on the weather mate there is no chance in catching them now. my brother go up ther in the summer 4 that exact reason but they target the polloak mainly looks very good sport as i have seen him with some cracking fish ive been up there 1ce and 1st impessions of the place .. pure rubbish had 1 macky but im gonna try and get up there more often next yr but well done

where abouts at dunstanburgh u fish for cod? queen marg cove? rumble churn? grey mare rocks? cushat steel? best times too ?
