Fished old faithful today-The Heugh and i blanked. Could,nt believe it-lovely sea on as well. And i was,nt the only on to struggle-did,nt see one fish. Trotter was up top and he said he,d only had one flattie all day.

Theres not many fish around now for some reason. A week ago u would have been running down to the beach.


Can't be just gill nets surely. They've moved off during them heavy seas and just haven't come back!

yesturday there was hundreds of gulls going mad on the saneels about quarter of a mile off it was like makerel season alover again lol . as long as them sandeels are there the cod will not come in shore to feed there is no need for them to. the very few cod i seen after that last sea were spewing sandeels up.

Seems to be the same all over, very few positive reports. Seems to be the same around christmas every year now.

I was out yesterday at the headland and i had 1 rockling, and i foul hooked it lmao.... that just shows you how bad it is!!!!
