Elasticated Feeding Method!!!!

ok i bought these exact feeders on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/5-X-ELASTICAT...QQihZ007QQcategoryZ117101QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem ..what i need to no is how do i set them up without having to use the elastic? because ive ripped the elastic off..how would i go about setting it up?
