Quick question lads, does anyone know the max engine hp for a predator 165.

The Predator 165 has been tested for performance, safe handling, down-flooding heights and swamped stability with outboard motors up to 80Hp. For the main engine, we recommend an outboard motor in the range 50Hp to 70Hp.

Cheers John, I'm in the process of getting one and it has a 80 Suzuki on. Just wasn't sure if it was going to a bit to much for the boat.

Cheers Arthur, gets me back up and running. Yes comes with all electrics has a lowrance HDS 5, and VHF. Spoke to Chris and think it's the same plotter as his.

Aye Mark that's where we had Growler and Nefin for a few years. More than likely when I get my next boat I will move back up. I still haven't seen anything that takes my eye yet though so if nothing comes up it is keep saving and the twin seas catamaran for the season after unless I win the lottery in the mean time!
