well i got into college doing my Advanced Vce Engineering Yr2
and NVQ Performing Engineering Opertaions, which is alot better than i was going to apply for. So Problem is now i need the above before wednesday, just thought ill ask first :P instead if asking the old man for MORE money again on these as some as you might work with this equipment.

P.s i am a size 12 :P

Swan hunters for the boots jonny, you\'ll have your own launching ceremony as well ;)

I\'ll keep my ears open fro you. If you know anyone who deals with Arco, start grovelling to them.

Not size 12 Jonny, Stephen\'s got feet like ferry boats, can he not lend ya a pair before he leaves for Ireland?

jonny as your not working can you not approach the dhss or whatever there called these days and tap em for a grant to cover the boots /clothing im sure they used to do it way back when

Bri, I think you\'re right. When I used to work for an employment agency, they used to get susidised for workwear, so its worth trying jonny

i assume your gonna be getting EMA, if so , the coll should be able to get hold of the gear for you at a reduced rate, and take it out your 1st weeks EMA<. m8 ,.

well thats what they said to the youngun at newcastle coll anyways ,,,, may be worth looking into it , m8

I know the shop you mean, Jonny.
Dunno how quickly you need a boilersuit, but there\'s usually a stall at Shields Market on Fridays which sells boilersuits and a whole host of other, similar stuff.
Actually, I had been thinkin\' o of getting one for fishing through the day during the summer. OK so they\'re not waterproof, but they cover ya clothes and easily washed.

Not like you to turn down a freebie Jonny :o ;)

Our kids the same height as me and you\'re not that much taller.
You could always wear a thick jumper until you bulk up, infact you\'ll probably need a thick jumper in the workshop because it\'s normally freezing in the winter and you don\'t tend to work up a sweat at college :o ;)
