Been told that all pots must have an escape opening in them. Does anyone know the minimum size for them?

It depends on where you put your pots. North of the Tyne is covered by the Northumbrian SFC Northumberland Inshore Fisheries & Conservation Authority (NIFCA) who didn’t require an escape hole in the last info I read.
