surely its got to be a good policy if it stops the dumping of dead fish.its a no brainer we must stop the unecessary killing of fish.To put it simply at the moment a skipper who has not caught his quota of a certain species can keep fishing killing unwanted fish in the process. The new policy would end fish kill and therefore increase fish stocks immediately
