had a run to eyemouth again and fished behind the golf course got there for low water once again there were plenty takes mostly cod sea was choppy and not very clear but the fish were still interested kept two of the biggest for me tea tonite the weather got worse after a couple of hours what with the wind and rain so called it a day which was a ****a cause it was great sport but safety always comes first and it was getting dangerous but still a good half session

Were you spinning mate? I was out on rocks golf course side yesterday afternoon, beautiful sunshine, bait and spinning. Not a knock on the bait (peeler padded out with a bit mussel) but interest in spinner. Will put catch report on

spinning with 40g pilker killer for cod but you have to be down deep and be prepared to loose a few lures

Mite see up there liam we fish eyemouth /st abbs most wknds in the summer m8

Its been a while since I was there, looking forward to it assuming it comes off as its not being organised by me. Its a family thing really but I am hitching along for the fishing

I'll give you a bell if I end up going up its going to be 27th-29th May

how u fish em? along bottom slow retrive i take it? i was at eyemouth all last week and had nothing on the spinner

the 40g pilker casts a fair distance so your covering a lot of water you need to get the lure down deep theirs no given rule on the retrieve sink and draw ,fast ,slow the cod take which ever way you do it the key for me with the cod is to draw them off the bottom
