Eyemouth

Fshed the caravan park qutie a lot any spinners will do, need to be about 40g to get down to the bottom i tend to find the fish are normally hard on the bottom, take a few you will loose a lot and they are a bit pricey to buy in the village. there are a few marks to fish if thats where your going don't no any places south of the harbour.if your fishing around caravan park let me no and i'll reply with the places to fish.

Try a big bronze salmon spoon. I have more decent pollack at Eyemouth on these than anything else.

Its been a while though but i did get a few up to 8-9lb on the spoons.

had a couple on shads as well as spinners. take some bait and see if you can get some red cod good luck and enjoy ya hols.

I would stick to using artificial eels 'red gills' or a cheaper make if available.Stick to all black 120mm in size these are really good pollack catching lures.I've had small codling on small white eels the 70mm size.Fish these running ledger style with a 2-3oz bomb with a 2ft trace, no need to try casting really long traces.Don't make the mistake of fishing these sink and draw like mackerel lures.Cast out as far as possible and let the gear hit bottom, then a steady retrieve. If you can fish the tide down to LW into dusk you will have even better results..
