Aye ive had a few too, nowt worse when you think its sold and other people want the rod, so you tell them its gone only for the other to drop you in but its not nesa its on every other site too
might of just been lucky??

i hope Korki bought ya highlander or apollo as well as the 9000c to replace his ancient Century One rod!
when me and Chris go fishing with him we have to send him the other end of the pier/river as we are ashamed to be seen next to him and his antique! ;o)
But yes know what you mean about numbnuts on here.. ive had many a dreamer askign me to keep gear but when it comes to seeing the green of the notes suddenly dissapear of have a domestic crisis whichlasts a month or two!
Its pretty simple.. Dont ask about or "reserve" gear you dont have the means or intention to really buy. You just waste and infuriate good people selling the gear.. and make yourself look very very stupid.
The trading post on here is a great tool for people to get some top notch stuff at a good price, and get to meet fellow local anglers when meeting for the deal, often starting friendships.. dont ruin it!

alreet wor g, lets set the record straight once and for all, as you know me being one top sea anglers in the north east of which i keep quiet, its not often i change rods as i dont need to as its my expertise that catches my thousands of fishies,either that or the owld century has had a personal blessing from the big show in the sky. i had to change reels recently in rather a hurry "namely abu morrum" as whilst in the boat last week all the guts packed in whilst reeling a double shot of cod off berwick,"wonder who i got that heap from" lol. if you require any tuition im still ure man, luv korky....
