feather bed rocks

hi all,fished all along the hall beach before but never near the rock,can u fish on it if calm,whats bottom like,info grateful

id keep of the rock itself mate as one freak wave and your done for
i like the shot straight out from the steps onto the beach at the fetherbed end
ive had codling to 4/5 lb decent whitings and a p b bass of 9lb from that spot
