been back this morning... totally rubbish, few whiting, few flats

Two days are never the same in fishing, eh!?!

Fished the SE corner over low water mate.

Well done some nice cod. I cannot get away with fishing from the end of the pier--it seems like snag city. I,m learning more as i go though with the tidal pull. And when its really bad to cast into the water.
Mick.

It wouldn't have been possible without the special super-MAGuire shocker knot mate! :D

Not going to lie, i was pooing myself for it, it was just on the tip ring every time, with it being low water. so had about 10ft of 20lb mono to get my hands on the shockleader.

Held up every time, no slippage or nothing. Prime knot! Still going 2 sessions after.
