Few hours down jarra park

Thought I'd have a walk down the river for a couple of hours in the sun , fishing two rods with crab and macky .

Not many down as all the loons will be hoying daylights aboot , but had a flounder to save the blank .

Just ready to pack up as the swally house is shouting my name

I had the same idea mate but I went to Church bank for the flood. One good flounder first cast then nowt else. I'm ready for a cold one now too

Bit hectic for me mate. I need to fill the freezer but i'll wait a bit. I've got a fortnight off work coming up soon so i'll get out at first light one morning and bag up before the Jeremy Kyle fodder turn up.

Beautiful day to be out away from the tin hat hoards! It would have been worth it eve without a fish but at least you both caught something! It was the rugby / BBQ / Beer option for me today! Out tomorrow with Philitofish so fingers crossed!
