Howde folks, myself and a couple of lads managed a few hours out last night in the cold at seaham. The sea looked perfect and armed with some nice worm and frozen crab we tried our best to not alot of avail.

Grand tally was 1 codling at about 1 lb, a couple of small coalfish along with a ugly crab (dont ask)

Anyhow, i have not fished much at all for a few years so every sesion is a good one, happy fishing all and may your next cod require helicopter winch assistance

Hello m8, nice to hear from an old hand so to speak, i dont fish anywhere near as mutch as before m8, i did not fish at all last year but i am slowly getting back into things..the southy brings fond memories. still does not get many on when i pass there might be 20 rods on the north but no bugger on the south..needs lots of sinkers though

best of luck in the cod hunting , remember the harder we try the more luck we have
