Few hours tonight

Well I took the dog out for a walk this afternoon along the cliffs and noticed a bit movement in the sea coming from the NE/E direction, so I headed home and got my gear ready to have a couple of hours up to high water and a couple of hours after, I got to a mark next to the black path at marsden and using crab and mackerel I only managed a couple of coalies that were undersized and a nice lobster which I happily took home for the pan. I noticed a few lads on top of frenchmans and a lad spinning next to johnsons. I don't know if any of them caught anything tho.

It's not going too bad jamie this could turn out to be a good season, are you fishing this Monday.

It was a canny lobster, I never got a chance to keep it once the father got his eyes on it and it was swiftly put in his bag while I was changing traces.

I don't finish work until 7 and I'll not get back until 8ish from stokesly, but iv just checked the tide and it is rubbish, I'll be going around camels amongst the weed more than likely
