dave,if you want a decent fillet,dont ask the following people to \"err\"fillet your fish........hacksaw RICH,(although you probably know that lol)BRIAN (the hack)HURST,the adastra chainsaw coalie massacre(\" IVAN the HACK\")although graham ZORRO slesser is a DAB hand AT FILLETING !(GOT TO GROVEL SO I CAN GET MY PORN BACK LOL),I THINK THE WORST FILLETER EVER HAS TO BE A LAD WHO FISHES SHIELDS PIER ALL SUMMER,EVERY SUMMER,FRANKIE G,SLESS,RICH,U KNOW WHO I MEAN!
Some time ago, in the far off days of the old board, somebody posted about a \"filleting school\" where some old fish filleter was running classes on how to do it. Quite a few guys said they would be interested in learning how to hack a fish up professionally, but did anybody actually go.???????????
@ Les.I went Harry , the course was called \"Bitesize\" and it was free on North Shields fish Quay trainee school . It was run by a smashing ex- fish filleter aand nothing was a problem to them . ( Even got a certificate ).
The response of the board was a bit muted like
