Filleting knife

That knife looks spot on mate but I would say one thing get good water stone.
With rough on one side and smooth on the other.
Soak it in water for at least 3hours before you use it.
Or if you can't wait put in a bucket of water until all the bubbles come out of the stone.
Then all you will need is some nice fish lol.

Thanks Steve, I will do. Where would I get a water stone?

Failing a water stone get a steel from any where that sells knives

How did you guess Duncan, although Lynn wants the indigo :(

Might have to get two :)

Dead jealous about Shetland, we are thinking 2014, after one more year's boat fishing experience.
