If people ring the police to inform them it's happening or actually stand up for what's right and actually approach these idiots to stop them setting fires!. Every person still has common law on their side and can 'arrest' these idiots.
As for bring in nice warm cars Kayos - you get your fat one out tonight and patrol the pier instead of calling the police who have an ever harder job to do as the scum of society keep breeding.
