First cast!

Fished the beach tonight although didnt get down as early as I wanted to cos of work first cast produced a strong take and I beached a nice cod of 4lb 10oz.. Thought cracking start, sure to be more about but didnt get another bite! Fished over the high water then packed up.. Worth the effort though fish taken on mussel and black lug
