well had a ride up north { seahauses } last night very hard going in wind /rain loads of weed but stuck at it loosen fish after fish and pleased i did when this piggy came along 13.5 new p.d well chuffed . its took two year to beat my last p.b of 11.3 but worth it

Excellent fish, well done.
If you check those scales you'll probably find they only go up to '.99' Therefore that fish is over 13 and a half.
'.50' is half a pound on those scales as every '.10' is 1.6 oz
0.58 x 1.6 = 0.92 so fish is 13.9oz
