I raised it as a question at the sfc meeting in january..." would the sfc be prosecuting rsa boats over "x" meters that are caught fishing inside 6 miles?as other sfc's have done?"

I see no legal obstacle to fishing from a boat regardless of size anywhere

I believe all boats, wether they be commercial fishermen or pleasure anglers, should be limited to a set number of fish per day. Commercial boats should only be allowed to fish with large mesh nets so they leave the smaller fish and there should be a limited distance set to keep them away from inshore waters. This is the only way fish stocks are going to recover. I personally dont eat any fish so I fish and only keep one for the wife.

This reply looked ok but read into it more carefully this would destroy all charter fishing and most small boat owners would quit as well
also what about sea fishing matches some guys weighed in up to 8 cod a match in last winters league so that would be that stuffed as well

how many fish do you think we should be allowed on a daily basis ??????
