fished my usual spot at north shields fish quay yesterday 3- 7 pm and managed 3 sized codling each about 1 1/2 lb- 2lb, the fish seem to come on at slack water, however as soon as the tide started going out the bait was coming back untouched. bait used was crab and lug, canny little session for me as I usually only catch way undersized fish.

he got an undersize coley, so he finished the night with 3 sized whiting and an undersize coley
